Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is determined by the level and demand of the position. Below is the estimated bonus structure for each category:

Tech/Product Roles

1. Entry-Level Positions (e.g., Junior Software Engineer):

   • Estimated Bonus: $1,000

2. Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Data Analyst, Product Manager):

   • Estimated Bonus: $2,500

3. Senior-Level Positions (e.g., Senior Developer, Lead UX Designer):

Other High-Demand Roles

Bonus Payment Terms
