Referral Bonus Overview

Our referral bonus program rewards employees for successful referrals that lead to a hire. The bonuses are categorized based on the role type and level of the position. Here’s how it works:

Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineer (Entry-Level)

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

2. Software Engineer (Mid-Level)

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

3. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

4. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

5. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
