How It Works

1. Eligibility:

   • All current employees and partners of MoveVirtual are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Referrals should not be previous applicants or employees of MoveVirtual within the last 12 months.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate's resume and a brief description of your relationship with them and why you think they’d be a great fit.
   • Use our referral platform or email the HR department with the details.

3. Evaluation:

   • Our recruitment team will evaluate the referred candidate for role suitability.
   • If the candidate meets our requirements, they will proceed through our standard recruitment process.

4. Bonus Payout:

   • A referral bonus will be paid out if the referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of employment.
