How the Program Works

1. Eligibility: The referral bonus program is open to all current Movella employees, excluding hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

2. Process:

   • Submit a referral through the internal employee portal or via the designated referral email.
   • Include the candidate's resume and a brief description of your relationship with the candidate.

3. Referral Bonus Payment:

   • The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
   • Bonuses are typically paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate's 90-day milestone.

4. Limitations:

   • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
