  • Eligible Positions: Software Developers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, and other tech-related roles.
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500 per successful referral.
  • Payout Timeline: Bonus is paid in two installments:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

  • Eligible Positions: Administrative Staff, Teaching Staff, Support Staff, etc.
  • Bonus Amount: $1,000 per successful referral.
  • Payout Timeline: Bonus is paid in two installments:
    • $500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.
