To achieve this, we offer a competitive Referral Bonus Program to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within our organization. This document outlines the details of our referral bonus program, with a focus on tech and product roles, but also providing information applicable to other positions.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, and other tech-related roles.
• Bonus Amount: $2,500 per successful referral.
• Payment Structure:
  • $1,250 paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
  • $1,250 paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Non-Tech Roles

• Eligible Positions: Clinical Staff, Administrative Roles, Marketing, HR, and other non-tech positions.
• Bonus Amount: $1,000 per successful referral.
• Payment Structure:
  • $500 paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
  • $500 paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• All current employees of Montare Behavioral Health are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or via email to HR with the candidate’s resume and the open position they are being referred for.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of the payment.

Conditions

• The referred candidate must not have previously applied to Montare Behavioral Health within the past 12 months.
• Hiring decisions are based on the candidate's qualifications and the needs of Montare Behavioral Health.
• Referrals should align with Montare Behavioral Health’s values and culture to ensure a good fit for both the candidate and the organization.
