As part of our recruitment strategy, we've implemented a referral bonus program to incentivize our employees to help us find exceptional candidates. Below, you'll find detailed information about the referral bonuses you can earn by referring candidates to our open positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Our referral bonus program offers different incentives based on the role being filled. The bonuses are structured to reflect the demand and strategic importance of the positions.

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager, Lead Data Scientist:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, Customer Support:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Senior Leadership Positions:

  • Bonus Amount: $7,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrers: All full-time employees of Mondee, except those directly involved in the hiring decision for the position.
• Referred Candidates: Must be new to Mondee and not have been in contact with our recruitment team within the last 12 months.
• Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee and complete the required tenure.
