Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for our open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. The bonuses are structured as follows:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers, Engineers, and IT Specialists
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
    • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of the payout.
• Product Managers and Designers
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
    • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of the payout.

Other Roles

• Manufacturing and Operations

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
    • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of the payout.

• Sales and Marketing

  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
    • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of the payout.

Additional Program Details

• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. However, each successful referral must meet the eligibility criteria for the bonus to be awarded.
