MNP Referral Bonus Program

At MNP, we believe that great talent knows great talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our employees to help us find the best candidates for our open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. This program is a win-win for everyone: you bring in stellar talent, and we reward you for it.

How It Works

1. Eligibility: All current employees of MNP are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the referred position.

2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit their referrals through the official referral portal. Each submission should include a resume and a brief description of the candidate's qualifications.

3. Positions Covered: The referral bonus program covers a wide range of roles, with a focus on tech and product positions such as Software Developers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Data Scientists. Other roles may also be included depending on current needs.

4. Bonus Structure:

   • Tech/Product Roles:
     • Junior Level: $1,500
     • Mid-Level: $3,000
     • Senior Level: $5,000
   • Other Roles:
     • Junior Level: $1,000
     • Mid-Level: $2,000
     • Senior Level: $3,500

5. Payment Terms: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
   • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

6. Special Campaigns: From time to time, MNP may run special referral campaigns for hard-to-fill positions, offering increased bonuses or additional incentives such as gift cards or vacation days.
