How It Works

Eligibility: All current employees of MNP are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the referred position.

Referral Submission: Employees must submit their referrals through the official referral portal. Each submission should include a resume and a brief description of the candidate's qualifications.

Positions Covered: The referral bonus program covers a wide range of roles, with a focus on tech and product positions such as Software Developers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Data Scientists. Other roles may also be included depending on current needs.

- Tech/Product Roles:
- Junior Level: $1,500
- Mid-Level: $3,000
- Senior Level: $5,000
- Other Roles:
- Junior Level: $1,000
- Mid-Level: $2,000

Payment Terms: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
