Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.
   • Payment Schedule: $1,250 after the referred employee's first 3 months and the remaining $1,250 after 6 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility Criteria: Successful hire and retention for 6 months.
