Here’s a detailed breakdown of the program:
Eligibility
- Who can refer? All current Mistras Group employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Who can be referred? Candidates who are not already in the Mistras Group recruitment database and have not applied within the last 12 months.
Referral Bonus Structure
The referral bonus is structured to reward employees based on the role and successful hiring of the candidate:
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,500
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
Other Roles
- Sales Associate: $1,500
- Marketing Specialist: $2,000
- Operational Roles: $1,000
Payment Process
- Initial Payment: 50% of the referral bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
Guidelines
- Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the company’s official referral portal to be eligible for the bonus.
- Validity: The referral must be made before the candidate applies for the position.
- Multiple Referrals: If the same candidate is referred by multiple employees, the referral bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
