Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Senior Software Engineer

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

• UX/UI Designer

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

• Clinical Operations Specialist

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

• Sales Associate

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 60 days of employment.

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current employees of Minerva Surgical are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the company's internal HR portal. A completed referral form must be attached to ensure the referral is tracked.

• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have been employed by Minerva Surgical in the past 12 months or have applied independently within the last 6 months.

• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are processed in the payroll cycle following the completion of the candidate's employment milestone (60 or 90 days, as applicable).
