Mineralys Therapeutics Referral Bonus Program

Mineralys Therapeutics values the contribution of its employees in building a strong and innovative team. To encourage and reward employee participation in our recruitment efforts, we have instituted a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. Below is a detailed overview of the program, focusing on tech/product roles, with additional information on other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX/UI Designers
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Timeline:
    • $2,500 after the referred candidate is employed for 3 months.
    • Remaining $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Administrative, Marketing, Sales, and HR Positions

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Timeline:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate is employed for 3 months.
    • Remaining $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

• Operations and Support Staff

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payout Timeline:
    • $750 after the referred candidate is employed for 3 months.
    • Remaining $750 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility

   • Open to all full-time employees of Mineralys Therapeutics.
   • Participants must be actively employed at the time of each payout to receive the bonus.

2. Referred Candidate Eligibility

   • Must be a new candidate who has not applied for any position at Mineralys within the past 12 months.
   • Successful completion of the probation period (typically 90 days).
   • Must not be a former employee of Mineralys Therapeutics.
