Eligibility and Payment Process

Eligibility: All full-time employees of MindGym are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

Referral Submission: To submit a referral, employees should use the internal referral system, providing the candidate's resume and a brief endorsement.

Candidate Eligibility:
- Referred candidates must be new to MindGym and not already in our candidate database.
- They must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for a full-time role.

Payment Schedule:
- Bonuses are paid in two installments.
- The first installment (50% of the total bonus) is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
- The second installment (remaining 50%) is paid after the candidate completes six months.

Tax Considerations: Referral bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes and will be processed through the standard payroll system.
