MindGym values the power of personal networks and encourages employees to refer top talent to join our team. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us find exceptional candidates, particularly in tech and product roles, but also in other key areas.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• HR Manager: $1,500
• Finance Analyst: $1,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of MindGym are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

2. Referral Submission: To submit a referral, employees should use the internal referral system, providing the candidate's resume and a brief endorsement.

3. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Referred candidates must be new to MindGym and not already in our candidate database.
   • They must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for a full-time role.

4. Payment Schedule:

   • Bonuses are paid in two installments.
   • The first installment (50% of the total bonus) is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
   • The second installment (remaining 50%) is paid after the candidate completes six months.

5. Tax Considerations: Referral bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes and will be processed through the standard payroll system.
