MIMEDX Group Referral Bonus Program

MIMEDX Group values the role of employees in attracting top talent to our team. Our referral program is designed to encourage and reward employees for recommending candidates who embody our core values and can contribute to our mission. Below, we provide detailed information about the referral bonus program, focusing on tech/product roles and including estimates for other positions.

Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees at MIMEDX Group are eligible to participate in the referral program, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers involved in the specific hiring process.

• Referral Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles: A successful referral for tech/product positions such as software engineers, product managers, and data scientists will earn the referring employee a bonus of $5,000.
  • Other Roles: For referrals in non-tech roles, such as sales, marketing, or administrative positions, the bonus amount is $2,500.

• Payment Timeline: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first half is paid when the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after the candidate reaches their 6-month employment anniversary.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal, providing the candidate’s resume and a brief endorsement of why they would be a good fit.

2. Candidate Evaluation: Referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process. They must meet the minimum qualifications and pass all interview stages.

3. Notification: The referring employee will be notified once their referred candidate accepts an offer and begins employment at MIMEDX Group.

Program Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who first submitted the referral.
