Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Who Can Refer?: All current employees of MAA are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who Can Be Referred?: Candidates who are not currently employed by MAA and have not been referred within the past 12 months can be referred.

Bonus Structure

• Product Managers: $3,500
• Data Analysts/Scientists: $3,000

Other Roles

Payment Terms
