The referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us identify and recruit talented individuals. This program applies to all full-time positions, with a special emphasis on tech and product roles, which are critical to our organization's success in today's digital landscape.

Eligibility

• Referrer: All full-time employees of the Miami Heat organization are eligible to participate, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position (e.g., hiring managers, HR personnel).
• Referred Candidate: Must not have been employed by the Miami Heat within the past 12 months and should not be an existing candidate in the recruiting process.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles

   • Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers: $3,000
   • Senior Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Senior Product Managers: $5,000
   • Lead/Director-level Positions: $7,500

2. Other Roles

Payment Process

• Initial Payment: 50% of the referral bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
