MGO_Global offers a referral bonus to employees who successfully refer candidates for open positions. This program applies to all roles across the company, with a special emphasis on tech and product positions, given their strategic importance to our growth and innovation.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• HR Manager: $3,000
• Finance Analyst: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility: Only current employees of MGO_Global are eligible to participate in the referral program. Temporary employees, contractors, and interns are not eligible.

2. Referred Candidate Eligibility: Candidates must be external to MGO_Global and not have applied to any open positions within the last 12 months.

3. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a minimum of 90 days of continuous employment before the bonus is paid out.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Identify a Candidate: Consider your professional and personal networks to identify potential candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.

2. Submit a Referral: Complete the referral form available on the company intranet, providing details about the candidate and the position they are being referred for.

3. Follow Up: The HR team will review the referral and initiate the recruitment process.
