Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers/Engineers: A referral bonus of $5,000 is awarded for successful hires.
• Product Managers: Earn a $4,000 bonus for each referred candidate who is hired.
• Data Scientists: Eligible for a $4,500 referral bonus upon successful placement.
• UI/UX Designers: A referral bonus of $3,500 is offered.
