Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

For tech and product roles, which are crucial to our innovative edge, we offer a tiered referral bonus structure:

• Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager):

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Paid after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.

• Mid-level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager):

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Paid in two installments: $2,000 after 3 months and $2,000 after 6 months of employment.

• Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Developer, Senior Product Manager):

  • Referral Bonus: $6,000
  • Paid in two installments: $3,000 after 3 months and $3,000 after 6 months of employment.

• Lead/Director Positions (e.g., Tech Lead, Director of Product):

  • Referral Bonus: $8,000
  • Paid in two installments: $4,000 after 3 months and $4,000 after 6 months of employment.
