Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate has successfully completed their first 90 days.
    • 50% after the referred candidate has successfully completed 6 months.

Other Key Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate has successfully completed their first 90 days.
    • 50% after the referred candidate has successfully completed 6 months.

General Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Cap: Employees can refer multiple candidates, with no cap on the number of referral bonuses they can earn.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not be current or former employees of Metric Property Management within the last 12 months.
• Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the company’s official online referral portal for tracking and validation purposes.
