Tech / Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus due to the high demand and specialized skills required in these areas. The following estimates are based on current industry standards and company requirements:

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,000
• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $1,500
• Quality Assurance Engineer: $1,500
• DevOps Engineer: $2,000

Other Roles

In addition to tech and product positions, employees can also earn referral bonuses for recommending candidates for other critical roles within the company. Below are the estimated bonuses for these positions:

• Sales Representative: $1,000

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time Merit Medical employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals from hiring managers or team members directly involved in the hiring process for the referred role are excluded.

• Payment Structure: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first month of employment. The remaining half is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.

• Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume and any other necessary information through the company's internal referral portal
