Referral Bonus Structure

Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must not already be in Medely’s recruitment pipeline.
- The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days.
- Referrals must be submitted through Medely's official referral platform or process.
Payment Process
- Referral bonuses are paid in two installments:
- First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
- Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
How to Refer a Candidate
- Submit the Candidate's Information: Use Medely's online referral form to submit the candidate's contact information, resume, and the position they are being referred for.
- Track the Referral: You will receive updates on the candidate's status throughout the hiring process.
- Receive Your Bonus: Once the candidate meets the eligibility criteria, you'll receive your referral bonus as per the payment process outlined above.
