Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonuses offered, focusing primarily on tech and product roles but also including information for other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Business Analyst: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Sales Representative: $2,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must not already be in Medely’s recruitment pipeline.
• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days.
• Referrals must be submitted through Medely's official referral platform or process.

Payment Process

• Referral bonuses are paid in two installments:
  1. First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
  2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit the Candidate's Information: Use Medely's online referral form to submit the candidate's contact information, resume, and the position they are being referred for.
2. Track the Referral: You will receive updates on the candidate's status throughout the hiring process.
3. Receive Your Bonus: Once the candidate meets the eligibility criteria, you'll receive your referral bonus as per the payment process outlined above.
