Eligibility Criteria
- Who can refer: All full-time employees of MDU Resources are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position (e.g., recruiters, hiring managers).
- Who can be referred: Candidates must be external applicants, not currently working at MDU Resources or under consideration for any position.
- Eligible roles: While referrals are encouraged for all roles, special emphasis and bonuses are offered for tech and product positions, such as software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers.
