Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we are actively seeking individuals who are innovative, analytical, and can contribute significantly to our strategic objectives. These roles include software engineers, product managers, data analysts, and UX/UI designers.

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Analyst: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500

Other Roles

In addition to tech and product roles, we offer referral bonuses for other critical positions, ensuring that all facets of our operations are supported by top-tier talent. These positions include logistics coordinators, sales representatives, and customer service specialists.

• Logistics Coordinator: $1,500
• Sales Representative: $2,000
• Customer Service Specialist: $1,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All current employees of McCarthy Transfer & Storage are eligible to participate. Referred candidates must not be current employees or have applied to the company within the past 12 months.

• Payment Process: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid once the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes their first six months of employment.
