Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us identify and hire exceptional talent, especially in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed overview of the program:

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Analysts: $2,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000
• DevOps Engineers: $3,500

Other Roles

• Project Managers: $1,500
• Construction Supervisors: $1,000
• Administrative Staff: $500

Eligibility and Payout Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of McCarthy Construction are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.

• Payout Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.

• Successful Referral: To qualify for the bonus, the referred candidate must be hired and meet the minimum employment duration as specified. The candidate must not have applied to McCarthy Construction in the last six months.

• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral submission was received first.

How to Refer

1. Submission: Employees should submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal or via email to the HR department, including the candidate’s resume and contact details.

2. Tracking: Once a referral is submitted, employees will receive a confirmation email and can track the status of their referral through the referral portal.
