  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Timeline: Bonus is paid in two installments. The first half ($1,500) is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment. The second half ($1,500) is paid after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Other Key Roles

• Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Assurance Specialists

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payment Timeline: Bonus is paid in two installments. The first half ($1,000) is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment. The second half ($1,000) is paid after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

• Administrative and Support Roles

  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
  • Payment Timeline: Bonus is paid in full after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

Eligibility and Process

• Who Can Refer: All current MEC employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Eligible Candidates: Candidates must not have been previously employed by MEC or have an existing application on file.
