Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months
     • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months

2. Product Manager:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months
     • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months

3. Data Scientist:

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months
     • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months

Other Roles

1. Sales Executive:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months

Eligibility and Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Matter Communications are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program except for hiring managers and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
