Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Payment Structure:
     • $1,500 after new hire's 3-month anniversary
     • $1,500 after new hire's 12-month anniversary

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payment Structure:
     • $1,250 after new hire's 3-month anniversary
     • $1,250 after new hire's 12-month anniversary

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payment Structure:
     • $1,750 after new hire's 3-month anniversary
     • $1,750 after new hire's 12-month anniversary

4. UI/UX Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Payment Structure:
     • $1,000 after new hire's 3-month anniversary
     • $1,000 after new hire's 12-month anniversary
