Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes their first 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes their first year.

2. Product Managers:

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes their first 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes their first year.

3. UX/UI Designers:

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes their first 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes their first year.

4. Data Analysts:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes their first 3 months.
