Tech and product roles are critical to the innovation and growth at MasterCraft. As such, the referral bonuses for these positions are structured to reflect their importance:

• Software Engineers: $2,500
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $2,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• DevOps Engineers: $2,500

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are a priority, MasterCraft also offers referral bonuses for other key positions within the company:

• Sales Representatives: $1,500
• Marketing Specialists: $1,500

Eligibility and Payment Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of MasterCraft are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals must be for full-time positions and the candidate must not have applied to the company within the last 12 months.

2. Payment Process:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
