Program Overview

1. Eligibility: All current full-time employees of Masterbrand are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals can be made for open positions across the company, with specific emphasis on tech and product roles given the strategic importance of these positions.

2. Referral Bonus Amounts:

   • Tech/Product Roles: Given the demand and critical nature of these positions, the referral bonuses are structured to be highly competitive:
     • Software Engineer: $5,000
     • Product Manager: $4,500
     • Data Scientist: $5,500
   • Other Roles: While tech and product roles carry the highest bonuses, other positions also offer attractive referral rewards:
     • Sales Executive: $3,000
     • Marketing Specialist: $2,500
     • Customer Support Representative: $1,500

3. Payment Structure:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
     • 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

4. Qualification Criteria:
