Mastec is committed to attracting top talent and recognizes the value of employee referrals in achieving this goal. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. Below are the details of the program, including estimates for different roles, with a focus on tech and product positions.

Eligibility

• Who can refer? All current employees, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.
• Who can be referred? Candidates who are not currently employed by Mastec and have not applied within the past six months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role being filled. Below are the estimated referral bonuses for different categories of positions:

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representative: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Support: $1,000
• Project Manager: $2,500

Payment Schedule

• The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments.
  • First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

How to Refer

1. Submit Referral: Fill out the referral form on the company intranet with the candidate's details and resume.
2. Follow-up: HR will acknowledge the receipt of your referral and keep you updated on the hiring process.

Terms & Conditions

• The referred candidate must be hired within six months of the referral date.
