Our referral bonus program incentivizes employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, though it also applies to other departments.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role being filled. Below are the detailed estimates for different categories:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • These roles are critical for our product innovation and development, and thus have the highest referral bonus.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • These positions support our core tech functions and ensure seamless product delivery and user experience.

Other Roles

• Sales & Marketing:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • These roles drive revenue growth and brand recognition, crucial for company expansion.

• Customer Support & HR:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • These departments ensure excellent customer service and maintain our company culture.

Eligibility & Payment Terms

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, excluding hiring managers for the referred role.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through our internal referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.
• Payment Terms: The bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Program Rules

• The referral must be a new candidate, not already in our applicant tracking system.
