Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, and related roles.
• Bonus Amount:
  • Tier 1: $2,500 for junior roles (entry-level to mid-level).
  • Tier 2: $5,000 for senior roles (senior level and above).
• Payout Schedule:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other non-tech roles.
• Bonus Amount:
  • Tier 1: $1,000 for junior roles (entry-level to mid-level).
  • Tier 2: $2,500 for senior roles (senior level and above).
• Payout Schedule:
  • Similar to tech and product roles, 50% is paid after 3 months and the remaining 50% after 12 months.
