Referral Bonus Structure
Tech and Product Roles
- Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, and related roles.
- Bonus Amount:
- Tier 1: $2,500 for junior roles (entry-level to mid-level).
- Tier 2: $5,000 for senior roles (senior level and above).
- Payout Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 12 months of employment.
Other Roles
- Eligible Positions: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other non-tech roles.
- Bonus Amount:
