Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Customer Support Representative: $1,500

How It Works

1. Submit a Referral: Fill out the referral form on our internal portal with details about your referral. Make sure to include their resume and contact information.

2. Review Process: Our HR team will review the referral and, if applicable, initiate the interview process.

3. Successful Hire: If your referral is hired and completes a 90-day probationary period, you will be eligible for the referral bonus.

4. Payment: Referral bonuses are paid out in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the probationary period.

Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must be a new applicant who has not applied to Marigold in the past 12 months.
• You must be an active employee at the time of the bonus payout to receive the referral bonus.
• Referral bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes and deductions as per local laws.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make; however, bonuses are paid only for successful hires.
