1. Tech/Product Roles

     • Referral Bonus Amount: $3,000 per successful hire.

       • 50% upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 3 months at the company.

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of MannKind Corp are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for employees working in HR or recruiting.
