Program Overview

The Referral Bonus Program is open to all current employees of M.J. Electric, LLC. Bonuses are awarded for successful hires who are referred by our team members. A successful hire is defined as a candidate who completes 90 days of employment with the company.

  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Analysts
  • UX/UI Designers

Bonus Structure

Our referral bonus amounts vary based on the demand and complexity of the role. Below are estimates for each category:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Analysts: $2,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

• Project Managers: $1,500
• Electricians: $1,000
• Field Technicians: $1,000
• Administrative Staff: $500

Payment Timeline

The referral bonus is paid in two installments:

1. First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
