Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Administrative, Marketing, Sales, and Support Positions:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule: The full bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Employees: To be eligible for the referral bonus, you must be a current employee at the time of referral and when the bonus is paid.
