Tech / Product Roles

  • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

    • Payment Schedule: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

  • Administrative, Marketing, Sales, and Support Positions:
