Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

For tech and product-related positions, we offer a competitive referral bonus to incentivize current employees to refer exceptional candidates from their professional networks. Here's an overview of the bonus structure for these roles:

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000

These bonuses are awarded to the referring employee once the new hire has successfully completed their probationary period, typically 90 days.

Other Roles Referral Bonus

In addition to tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company:

• Finance & Accounting Roles: $3,500
• Human Resources & Administrative Roles: $3,000
• Sales & Marketing Roles: $3,000
• Operations & Logistics Roles: $2,500

The same probationary period conditions apply as with the tech and product roles.

Program Guidelines

• The referral must be submitted through the company's official referral system prior to the application.
• The candidate should not have applied to any position at LXP Industrial Trust within the last 12 months.
• Bonuses are paid out after the new hire completes the probationary period.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
