Eligibility and Payment Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referred candidates must not have applied to Lument Finance Trust in the last 12 months.

2. Payment Process: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
