Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts vary by the role category, with a focus on tech and product roles. The bonuses are structured as follows:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Sales Associate: $2,000
• Customer Support Representative: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

1. Employee Eligibility: All full-time employees of LTC Properties, excluding HR personnel and those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program.

2. Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied for any position at LTC Properties in the last 12 months.

3. Successful Placement: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete at least 90 days of continuous employment.

4. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official LTC Properties employee portal using the designated referral form.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus will be processed and paid out within 30 days after the referred employee completes the 90-day employment period.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per federal and state regulations.
