As part of this initiative, we offer a Referral Bonus Program designed to reward employees who refer qualified candidates for open positions within our organization. This program applies to various roles, including tech and product roles, as well as other positions.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Referring Employee: All current employees of Lone Star Circle of Care are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for Human Resources staff and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment for the position.
• Referred Candidate: The referred candidate must be a new applicant to Lone Star Circle of Care and must acknowledge the referring employee during the application process.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amount varies depending on the level and type of position filled. Below is a detailed breakdown of the potential bonuses:

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

• Nurse Practitioner: $1,500
• Administrative Staff: $500
• Clinic Manager: $1,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $500

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Additional Guidelines

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only paid for successful hires.
