Referral Bonus Structure

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, UX/UI Designer:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment with Loar Holdings.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonuses are paid out in the paycheck following the 90-day employment period.

• DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Business Analyst:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonuses are paid out in the paycheck following the 90-day employment period.

Other Roles

• Sales Executive, Marketing Specialist, Financial Analyst:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonuses are paid out in the paycheck following the 90-day employment period.

• Customer Support Specialist, Administrative Assistant:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500

Program Details

• Eligibility for Participation: All current full-time employees of Loar Holdings are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Employees involved in the hiring process for the position in question (e.g., HR staff) are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.
