Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: Employees can earn a referral bonus of up to $5,000 for successful referrals in these high-demand roles.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers: Referrals for these positions are rewarded with a bonus of up to $4,000.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing Positions: Referrals in these departments can yield a bonus of up to $2,000.
• Administrative and Support Roles: Successful referrals may earn a bonus of up to $1,000.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility: All current employees of Lithia Motors are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers involved in the recruitment process for the specific role.

2. Referral Eligibility: The referred candidate must be a new applicant who is not already in the Lithia Motors employment database or under consideration for other roles.
