1. Software Engineer

   • Mid-Level: $3,000
   • Senior-Level: $5,000

2. Product Manager

   • Mid-Level: $3,500
   • Senior-Level: $5,500

3. Data Scientist

   • Mid-Level: $3,000
   • Senior-Level: $5,000

Other Roles

1. Sales Executive

   • Mid-Level: $2,500
   • Senior-Level: $4,000

2. Marketing Specialist

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of 3 months of employment.
  • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of 6 months of employment.
