Program Overview
Eligibility:
All full-time employees of Lifemark are eligible to participate in the referral program.
Referral Process:
- Submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the Lifemark Employee Portal.
- The recruitment team will review the referral and, if deemed a fit, proceed with the standard interview process.
- You will be notified if your referral is successful.
Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles

Software Engineer:
- Referral Bonus: $5,000
- Payout Schedule: 50% after the candidate has completed 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

- Payout Schedule: 50% after 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.
