Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, especially in tech and product roles. Below, you'll find detailed information about the program, including bonus estimates.

Program Overview

Eligibility:
All full-time employees of Lifemark are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Referral Process:

1. Submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the Lifemark Employee Portal.
2. The recruitment team will review the referral and, if deemed a fit, proceed with the standard interview process.
3. You will be notified if your referral is successful.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the candidate has completed 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Product Manager:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

• UI/UX Designer:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

• Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

• Sales Associate:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
