Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize and reward employees for referring exceptional candidates, particularly in tech and product roles. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our referral bonus structure:
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, etc.
- Tier 1 Bonus:
- Junior Level Positions (0-2 years experience): $1,500
- Mid-Level Positions (3-5 years experience): $3,000
- Senior Level Positions (6+ years experience): $5,000
- Tier 2 Bonus:
- Referral for critical roles or hard-to-fill positions may receive an additional $1,000 bonus on top of the Tier 1 Bonus.
Other Roles
- Eligible Positions: Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.
- Standard Bonus:
- Entry-Level and Junior Positions: $500
- Mid-Level Positions: $1,000
- Senior/Leadership Positions: $2,000
Referral Process
- Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the company’s internal referral system or designated email.
- Acknowledgment: HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral within 3 business days.
- Evaluation: Referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process, ensuring fair and unbiased evaluation.
- Payment: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred employee completes 90 days of successful employment with Life Time Group.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate, except those in HR and recruitment roles.
- Limits: There is no cap on the number of referrals
