The Liaison Group is excited to announce our enhanced Referral Bonus Program, designed to attract top talent to our team. This program primarily focuses on tech and product roles but is inclusive of other positions within the organization. Our goal is to leverage the networks of our current employees to identify exceptional candidates, offering a rewarding incentive for successful referrals.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For critical roles in technology and product development, we offer competitive bonuses as these positions are pivotal to our company's success. Here is the detailed breakdown:

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we recognize the importance of all positions within the organization. Bonuses for these roles are as follows:

• Sales and Marketing Roles: $3,000
• Customer Support Roles: $2,000
• Administrative Roles: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility: Only full-time employees are eligible for the referral bonus. Contractors and part-time employees are not eligible.
• Referral Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied to the company within the last 12 months.
• Successful Hire: The bonus is payable after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

Payment Process

• Installments: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the candidate completes 90 days.
  • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 180 days.
