Given the competitive nature of the tech industry, we offer a lucrative referral bonus for successful hires in these areas:

- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Payment Structure: 50% upon the new hire's completion of 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

- Bonus Amount: $4,000
- Payment Structure: 50% upon the new hire's completion of 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.
