Tech/Product Roles

Given the competitive nature of the tech industry, we offer a lucrative referral bonus for successful hires in these areas:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Structure: 50% upon the new hire's completion of 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

• UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Experts:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Structure: 50% upon the new hire's completion of 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

For non-tech roles, the referral bonus compensation is structured as follows:
